QWhat frozen novelties may I select?
AWe have a full menu of choice novelties detailed in our product listing that we can provide at your request. We offer several premium brands including Good Humor, Kondike, Popsicle, Breyers, and Ben & Jerry’s. We also offer Dove and other specialty brands – just ask us about it.
QHow much is the ice cream by the case?
AWe have a complete pricing list that we will provide at the time of your order. We recommend that you select no more than six (6) varieties
QHow long in advance do I need to book my event?
AWe always recommend that you book early, especially during the summer months. However, we do our best to accommodate all our customers and have met dates with as little as one day notice.
QWhat information do I need to place my order?
ATo complete your order we will need: the date(s), time(s) and location(s) of your event. Please plan to provide an estimate of the number of people per location. We will also need a local contact name and cell phone number for each event location. Your sales representative will help you through the rest of the details.
QWhat form of payment do you accept?
APayment in full is due before or upon delivery and may be made by Cash or Check (company or personal) made out to Berliner Specialty Distributors. We also accept MasterCard and Visa.

QWhen will the Cart Rental be delivered?
AGenerally, we will deliver your cart(s) one or two days prior to your event, already loaded with ice cream and will pick-up the cart(s) one to two days after the event. Same day delivery and pick-up for Packages A and B on weekends and holidays will have an additional charge.
QAre there any special electrical requirements that I need to provide?
AOur carts easily plug into standard 110 volt electric outlets. It is the renter’s responsibility to provide electricity and to plug in the cart upon delivery. The cart, which has wheels and is easily pushed, has a self-contained compressor and can be left unplugged during the event keeping the ice cream frozen for up to six (6) hours.
